WHY IS WINNER’S CIRCLE REWARDS COMING TO AN END?

The management of OLG’s Slots & Casinos gaming locations across Ontario has been transitioned to private sector Service Providers under OLG’s Modernization plan. The benefits of the Winner’s Circle Rewards loyalty program have continued through the transitions, with new Service Providers administering the program on OLG’s behalf.

Winner’s Circle Rewards will end on a location-by-location basis, as Service Providers upgrade their gaming management system and launch their own loyalty program.

WHEN WILL THE WINNER’S CIRCLE REWARDS PROGRAM END ALTOGETHER?

The ability to earn and redeem Winner’s Circle Rewards Cashback Points will end location-by-location across the province as Service Providers introduce their own loyalty programs. The Winner’s Circle Rewards program is expected to end fully in Fall 2019.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE PROGRAM ENDS?

Visit the Guest Services desk at any remaining location administering the Winner’s Circle Rewards program to redeem your Winner’s Circle Rewards Cashback Points before the program ends in your local area.

You can check your Cashback Point balance at the Guest Services desk of any gaming location listed on winnerscirclerewards.ca still administering the program or call the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday to Sunday.

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF THE PROGRAM ACROSS THE PROVINCE?

Participating locations are changing monthly. To stay up to date:

  1. Visit WinnersCircleRewards.ca regularly. It’s the easiest and most accurate way to stay on top of the participation status at each location. Winner’s Circle Rewards end dates communicated for each location are based on current schedules and are subject to change.
  2. Watch for information at your favourite gaming locations. Service Providers will provide updates on-site when they are ready to launch their new loyalty program and end administration of the Winner’s Circle Rewards program.
WHY AM I NO LONGER ABLE TO LOG IN TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

Demand for Winner’s Circle Rewards online account log in capabilities has decreased significantly, as private sector Service Providers launch their own loyalty program on a location-by-location basis and end their participation in Winner’s Circle Rewards. Members can continue to get updates on their account, including deadlines to redeem Cashback balances, by visiting the Guest Services desk at a gaming location participating in Winner’s Circle Rewards.

WHERE WILL I BE ABLE TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT MY Winner’s Circle Rewards ACCOUNT, INCLUDING AVAILABLE CASHBACK POINTS AND CURRENT TIER LEVEL?

You can visit any gaming location administering the Winner’s Circle Rewards program for account status information, including available Cashback points, tier points and membership level.
