WHY IS WINNER’S CIRCLE REWARDS COMING TO AN END?

The management of OLG’s Slots & Casinos gaming locations across Ontario has been transitioned to private sector Service Providers under OLG’s Modernization plan. As Service Providers complete upgrades to their gaming management systems they have already, or will shortly, launch their own loyalty programs and end their participation in Winner’s Circle Rewards. All gaming locations except Casino Ajax have now completed their upgrades and ended participation.

WHEN WILL THE WINNER’S CIRCLE REWARDS PROGRAM END ALTOGETHER?

All gaming locations, except Casino Ajax have now ended their participation in the Winner’s Circle Rewards program. Casino Ajax is expected to end participation in 2020. At that time, the Winner’s Circle Rewards program will end fully.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE PROGRAM ENDS?

If you have not already redeemed your Winner’s Circle Rewards Cashback, you can visit Casino Ajax to redeem before the location ends participation in 2020.

You can check your Cashback Point balance at Casino Ajax or call the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday to Sunday.
